EC 120 B Colibri Characteristic

The Colibri EC 120 B is a light, multi-purpose, single-engine helicopter that can carry up to 4 passengers in addition to the pilot. The design of the cabin/luggage hold assembly makes it particularly suitable for widely different types of civilian and parapublic missions. Very silent (6.6 dB below the ICAO limit) and with a very wide cabin featuring excellent visibility, the Colibri's flight comfort is unique in its category. Its integrated advanced technology includes: articulated "SpheriflexT" type of rotor head, ergonomic and modern instrument panel including Vehicle and Engine Multifunction Display, new generation of "Fenestron" tail rotor, crashworthy seats and fuel system. Fitted with a Turbomeca ARRIUS 2F turbine engine the EC 120B is particularly suited for training and light utility military missions.
